David F. Rossborough has been a member of the IBA since 1999 and has held the position of National Director since 2009. During this time he has undergone extensive training with the International Bodyguard Association and to date, David has completed eight IBA Diplomas in Bodyguarding and was the first IBA member in Australia to achieve the IBA gold-pin award that represents the completion of 500 hours of training. David was also the first member in Australia awarded the CIBG (Certified International Bodyguard) status by the IBA Director-General James Shortt in 2009 as well as certified as an Level II IBA Instructor.
Operationally, David has spent 20 years in the Security Industry where he has coordinated and participated on many sensitive, complex and challenging Bodyguarding and Risk Management operations and holds a number of key qualifications within the Industry that includes the Diploma in Security & Risk Management, Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment, Certificate IV in Investigative Services as well as all licensing Certificate II & III Qualifications.

David has assisted RTOs as a Certified Workplace Trainer and Asessor with the delivery of the Certificate II and III in Security Operations training programs that includes the Bodyguard licensing course since 2005. David has delivered the IBA Bodyguard Training since 2009 including the successful Bodyguard "boot-camp" program of 2010 that set a benchmark for Bodyguard training programs.
With a 13 year background as a UOF (Use of Force) Trainer that includes working as a certified and licensed Firearms, Defensive Tactics, Baton & Handcuffing Instructor, David has managed to trained in excess of 3,000 Security Officers in the safe and effective use firearms, including both handguns and longarms, DT and B&H throughout Victoria for armed protection and cash-in-transit duties and has undertaken many advanced firearm programs to enhance his own skills that he brings to IBA Australia that include;

Russell Price has been a member of IBA Australia since 2010 and has held the position of National Advisor since that time. Russ has undergone extensive training with IBA Australia and completed three IBA Diplomas in Bodyguarding and was the second member in Australia awarded the CIBG (Certified International Bodyguard) status by the IBA Director-General James Shortt in 2017 where Russ also successfully completed the IBA Instructor program.
Operationally, Russ has 28 years’ global experience on many Bodyguarding and Risk Management details and is regarded as an Executive Protection Specialist whose bespoke services cater for UHNWI, UHNWF, and Fortune 500 Companies. With notable achievements in providing sensitive and personable protection for high level global dignitaries, key international corporate individuals and their families. Russ also has significant experience in the film and entertainment industry giving him a professional edge with the ability to provide outstanding protective services across a range of industries and environments.

Adding to his Bodyguarding skills, Russ also has a military service background that extends internationally as he was involved in NATO exercises in Desert and Arctic Warfare environments. He is a logistics specialist and high performance driver and skilled in a range of weapons and tactics and is the current holder of the IBA "Topshot" award won in 2017.
With a military foundation and outstanding achievements in international sport and training including as a fully qualified PT (Personal Trainer) and a 6th Dan martial arts professional (Inducted Member- World Martial Arts Hall of Fame), Russ knows the operational fitness level required for today's Bodyguards and is the key person in the IBA's Health, Fitness and Nutrition training program.
