SECTION 2 : ENROLMENT DETAILS
NOTE: If you select "team" enrollment, please contact the National Office first to gain a team-code to use. Teams need to be four (4) or more persons and each member will need to complete the form. The team leader of the said team will be responsible for all enrolments, fees payable and communications of the "team-code". Discounts on course fees will be approved by the National Director and communicated to the team leader.
NOTE: Participants have five (5) course options to pick from ranging from 40 hours to 140 hours as part of the 2019 program.

NOTE: An IBA shirt is only supplied as part of the 140 hour program for new applications. Other enrolments types will have an opportunity to buy one. The size chart is for a guide for orders to be made to ensure we have sizes for everyone.
SECTION 3 : PAYMENT OPTIONS

ALL COURSE ENROLMENTS OVER $1,500 REQUIRE A MINIMUM DEPOSIT OF $500 AT THE TIME OF ENROLMENT.
ALL OTHER ENROLMENTS REQUIRE 1/3 PAID AS A DEPOSIT AT THE TIME OF THE ENROLMENT.
IF A DEPOSIT IS NOT RECEIVED WITH A ENROLMENT WITHIN 24 HOURS, THEN THE ENROLMENT WILL BE CANCELLED.
Terms and Conditions of Deposits and Payments.
#1. If the program is cancelled by IBA Australia, all moneys paid are fully refundable.
#2. Deposits are not refundable after enrolment.
#3. Course fees (not including deposit part) are 100% refundable over 28 days before the commencement of the program if the enrolment is cancelled.
REFUNDS (not including deposits)

100% > over 28 days before the commencement date.

75% > Between 28-20 days before the commencement date.

50% > Between 19-14 days before the commencement date.

0% > Within 14 days of the commencement date.
#4. All cancellations must be in writing to the ND outlining why.
#5. Disputes regarding refunds with be escalated to the National Office
